We are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting my website or communicating electronically with us. You can be assured that the information you provide will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

A contract between the customer and Paul Khosla will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed (at which point Paul Khosla will charge the buyers' credit card for the goods despatched plus postage where applicable)

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, colour matching and wood grains are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours and grains is only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Whilst some products are held in stock, we make to order and rely on the availability of bought-in stock such as timbers, metal work for table legs and colour dyes and varnishes etc and this can sometimes cause delays on delivery times. However, we will always keep customers informed of any such delays.

Availability and Prices of our goods are subject to change without notice.

The Terms above are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be conducted only by the Courts of England and Wales.

If any product should fail to meet your expectations please return it to us and we will look into the matter. (see returns policy)

Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. The Paul Khosla website is hosted on Level 1 PCI compliant servers and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.

Paul Khosla may contact your bank and the relevant authorities if we suspect any card details or transaction to be fraudulent. This may delay orders but is carried out in the interest of Paul Khosla
and the genuine card holder.
